Hotel muito bom, limpo, staff incrível e um excelente café da manhã.

Nós decepcionamos com o hotel. Na chegada já percebemos o descuido com as áreas comuns. Grama mal apartada, falta de manutenção aos arredores do hotel nas áreas comuns , bar da piscina escuro, muita mosca, ambiente com aparência de sujo. E servido pizza nesse ambiente, não é nada atrativo comer. As bancadas do buffet sujas, armário ao lado de uma máquina de café com respingo de café, uma mosca morta ao lado das xícaras a semana toda…. Paredes atrás do restaurante sujas. Não é um lugar que eu voltaria e nem recomendaria. Pontos positivos: funcionários, todos excelentes, atenciosos, chuveiro bom cama ok, quarto bom.

The hotel is pleasant and well-located. The staff is very helpful and polite. The pool area isn't great though; it doesn't get much sunlight, the water is very cold, and there are few sun loungers. Additionally, the acoustics are poor—loud conversations in the hallway in the morning disturb your sleep. Overall, the stay was good, but it could have been much better.

The Breakfast was a 10/10, the food was even better than most of the local restaurants in the area. The staff was so thoughtful and helpful. We got the car service and it was so nice to just have a valet take care of everything for such an affordable price. The rooftop pool is luxurious and the indoor pool feels as warm as a hot tub. The gym was also wonderful to use. One of the things we really loved was the lighting in our room and in the space. The whole ambience is elevated and futuristic. I’m so grateful my wife and I decided to stay here…it’s a 5-star experience that earns every star. Huge thank you to the whole staff who made our stay unforgettable. The next time I return ti Maceió I hope to stay here with my kids!
